I didn't vote for Bush. My reasons are well documented. I support my President. I want him to do well; I want him to show valiant leadership. I want him to bring the country closer together. I want him to see the errors in his ways and correct them. I want him to use his strengths to propel this country forward. My grand vision and his are not that different. We both want a strong, safe America. I think we might take different paths to attain that goal, but it's the same goal none th...

I watched Fahrenheit 9/11 last night online. I thought the film was interesting, and I've been working on a blog about the Bush Dynasty, especially their finances. Most of what Moore talked about in that regard I have found else where on the web. I don't think there is much argument about the fact that the Bush family is into Oil, and you can't be in the Oil Business with out being tied with the Saudis. I mean really, you can't deny that the two go hand in hand. I think it is unfo...

Mr. President you have won without my support and with out my vote. That is now behind us. You are my President and you have my full support. Now lend me your ear... HEAL THIS NATION. If you are truely the leader your followers claim you are, then lead us to financial prosperity, to homeland security, to a peaceful world where America is sought for stability and wisdom, not money and guns. Free us from these chains of distrust and animosity of our fellow countrymen as you have sough...

I'm not sure how you get your articles to show up here, so I'm just posting my first blog article. If this is bad form I apologize. I'm still learning. Introducing Cappy Or In this corner the downtrodden American Voter By Cappy1507 Posted Sunday, October 31, 2004 on A true alternative to the red and blues Discussion: Welcome Allow me to introduce myself; I'm a man of wealth and taste. Im wondering what your views are on Insurance reform. I'm looking at some often ignored issues, that affect people everyday in this country that go ignored by most politicans. And I'm looking for other peoples input. I live in South Western Pennsylvania. Our area was hit by recent flash floods from Hurricane Ivan. Many friends and neighbors were denied Flood insurance in our area over the last few years, and told they did not "need" it because they were not on flood plains. The recen...

Without Clouding everyones mind with statistics, at least at this point, I'm wondering what people think about the War on Drugs. Just a gut reaction at this point. Are we winning or losing? Is the amount spent worth it? Should it continue? Would you consider decriminalization? (No prision term for use) Would you consider legalization? (No prison term for what is presently considered non violent offenses) Would you consider legalization and taxation? (Creation and taxation of a drug pr...

Link This is a great feel good article no matter what side of the debate you are on. I'm so excited about the future of American politics. My generation (x) was such a waste politically, I felt like an outcast talking politics with my friends. I got to the point where I wouldn't even listen to their arguments unless they had a voter registration card. Trying to explain to my friends the theoryies behind the electoral college, and primaries was futile. Uneducated and uniformed and unr...
