Bush website US only?

I just saw online that you cannot visit www.georgewbush.com if you are located outside the US.

Is this true can someone outside the US verify or debunk this rumour.

This is true,

but there are numerous other websites that link through top this one. Here's an article about it.

It's sad that denial of serice attacks are used to try to smother democracy. May make the authorities more focussed on stopping this sort of abuse and finding ways to punish those responsible.
