I've not tied a game myself yet, came close a couple of times. I remember reading one post on here some time ago that someone did tie and it gave the game to him. I think it gives the game in that case to whoever gets the most popular votes.

Yeah I tied once...I was Bill Clinton and I was running against Gerald Ford, I think. I tied 269-269 (obviously)...and the news splash that came up said that I lost...but then when it wen to the summary screenn, the report said that I had won the election and gave the reasons why I did. However, it did not let me advance to the next level....I had to run against Ford again. It tripped me out...
